The dashboard
Welcome to the Specialist Application for Special Permits (SA SP). You are on the main page of your group account, which is known as the dashboard. Each applicant is a member of just one group account. Within your group, you can create applications together with other users and jointly manage your dossiers and master data. You can, of course, also use such an account on your own.
Managing addresses
Edit the main address of your group account and create and manage additional addresses for invoice recipients and carriers so as to use them for your applications. Other members of your group account can also manage these addresses and use them for applications.
Managing vehicles
Manage the vehicles in your fleet so that you and the other members of your group account can use them for applications.
Managing trailers
Manage the trailers in your fleet so that you and the other members of your group account can use them for the applications.
Applications for exceptional transports and exceptional vehicles (ET)
Application for Sunday and night journeys (SuNi)
Submit an application to a cantonal approval authority or to FEDRO for a Sunday and/or night journey (SuNi) for vehicles with a permissible total weight of more than 3.5 t, for articulated motor vehicles with a permissible total towing weight of more than 5 t, or for vehicles having a trailer with a permissible total weight of more than 3.5 t.
Application for transit through tunnels with dangerous goods (ADR)
Submit an application to FEDRO for a transit journey through the St. Gotthard or San Bernardino tunnel with dangerous goods according to ADR.
Managing applications - dossier lists
A so-called dossier is prepared for each new application in the SA SP. This serves as a container for all tasks, communication and documents related to this application, right up to approval and invoicing. So, you can consult a dossier at any time to see the progress of clarifications and the related documents, and to carry out all your tasks in connection with this dossier.
